I made a mistake and put the wrong Apartment number on an order and they did such an excellent job reaching out to me and keeping me informed; When I called them back and provided the right address (as the original was not received by the intended recipient), they sent the same set of flowers for free! That’s the kind of customer service that will keep me going back to them!
